"Gift" sud-scription

We ordered this sud-scription as a gift for our son's birthday. He uses this soap often so we thought it would be a great surprise to receive it.
BUT, on the order form, we could not write a message, and when he received it we had to call him to explain why he received the soap....
We contacted customer service as soon as we ordered but received an email back the next day stating it was too late to do anything because the order was processed.
Otherwise, we are happy with the company and he loves the soaps.

Only reason why this isn’t a higher score is I’ve ordered this twice now and received the same bars. Was hoping for something different.
