Roots music has been on rotation since I was a little kid. Whether during Jiu Jitsu or just cruising around Hawai'i, it was always on. Now, as a father, watching my 3 and 6-year-old sons hit the mats for the first time, the beautiful tradition repeats itself.

Influenced originally by a vintage USA Wrestling shirt from the 90's, these mid-weight, ultra soft cotton/polyester blend fleece pullover sweatshirts feature a regular fit and unique vintage character accomplished through a full garment dying process. Each piece features a hand-stitched embroidered flag on the chest. 100% made and Printed in Los Angeles, California. Designed in Hawai'i.
These fitted shorts come in our signature "TTWD SPORT" competition fit - made from an Ultra-Stretchy + equally comfortable Lycra™ material with hemmed in panels to hug legs. All logos are sublimated. There is an inner drawstring for easy waist adjustment.

Our latest camouflage hoodie was made using officially licensed 100% cotton Real Tree Edge™ garments. The TTWD Hunting Supply Hoodie is made from a very soft mid-weight poly-cotton and features adjustable metal grommets and tipped round cords. Each hoodie features a regular fit and was screen printed and hand-embroidered by hand in Los Angeles on Official Real Tree EDGE™ merchandise.

A timeless piece. Like Jiu Jitsu, denim jackets never goes out of style.
Each of these limited edition pieces were completely cut and sewn from scratch. After the denim was laid out, we laser printed our logos in a slightly lighter color than the black denim and repeated it around the entirety of the jacket.
A 100% recycled Sherpa fleece was stitched into the body of each garment for added warmth and comfort while subtle black-on-black embroideries were meticulously applied to the upper back of each jacket. An official TTWD logo embroidered patch was then hand stitched onto the heart of each jacket and custom fighting rooster buttons applied throughout.

The rules evolve, and so we adapt. Every year or two IBJJF updates what counts as an approved competition Gi, and because they set the standard, we’ve made some updates to our latest line of Business Suits to match their latest requirements.
We swapped out our signature TTWD inner prints, added 30 GSM to the jackets, changed the inner taping, and created a fresh patch work.
Designed specifically for competition due to its feather weight (approx. 2lb 12oz for an A1), each suit is laden with classically understated monotone details.
Jacket is made from high-quality, pre-shrunk 380GSM Pearl Weave 100% Cotton material. It features a durable, rubberized, Ripstop collar with T3 stitching.
Pants are made from an Extremely-lightweight 8oz Twill Cotton with 6-point pant loop system and T3 stitching on all seams of pants and inside cuffs. We've added elastic waistbands on each side of the hip for reliable support during competing.
