As I reminisce, I can't help but think about the times when I would train twice a day and dedicate hours to drilling on the weekends. Those moments hold a special place in my heart and remain some of my most cherished memories. Body sore all the time but always wanting more. A decade later, I continue to get it in all week, though not quite as often as I used to.

Most days it’s just me and my boys messing around in the garage gym, seeing how long they can stay on my back. But seeing their eyes light up when they throw their Gis on and learn something new generates a feeling within me that I can’t quite explain yet.
