We've resurrected the 1861 oil painting “La Mort de Priam” by French artist, Jules Lefebvre, for the second coming of our “Certain Death” series - a very powerful image that ties in seamlessly with our constant desire to understand our own mortality in a life of never-ending growth through training Jiu Jitsu.

Each 100% Made in Los Angeles of USA cotton tee was garment dyed and washed in natural enzymes to give it a slightly broken in feel. The collar on this piece is thicker than usual and sits slightly higher on the neck. Featuring a giant, half-tone graphic on the back and branded hand applied stitch tags throughout. Oversized fit. “Hunt Necks” - a collection of sublimated training and street garments inspired by a small room on the North Shore of Kaua'i where Black belt, Hunter Ewald, returned home after learning Jiu Jitsu all over the world to open a school in his hometown to give the Hanalei youth access to our beautiful art. The term "Hunt Necks" serves as a double-meaning - tying together Jiu Jitsu and the hunting of the big boars that run wild in the valley where this academy was founded. 

Each tee was designed in Hawai'i and screen printed in Los Angeles on cotton/poly Woodland Camo garments featuring unique "Hunt Necks" insignia throughout.

The inspiration for this capsule stems directly from 1980's-era surf and punk culture prevalent in Southern California during this time period. Our iconic rooster was stripped down to the bone to create the "wild game" skeleton logo which plays as the centerpiece in this collection.
