The Ethiopian climate provides the perfect environment and altitude for growing premium coffee. Gore Dako is the name of the small cooperative of farmers in the Jimma region of Ethiopia that harvested, produced, and exported this high quality coffee. This coffee is a washed processed Ethiopian landraces variety.
Such specially-selected beans require extremely careful roasting and handling so we enlisted the help of high-grade coffee purveyor, Dune Coffee Roasters - the premier roasting company in Santa Barbara, California. These beans have a medium roast and were freshly roasted in a micro-batch just before this release.
